Labeling your Blend

1.Use any sticky labels, food labels are fine

2.Write the ingredients (essential oils and any other products) on the label.

3.Include any contraindications to the oils e.g don't use in sunlight, don't use for high blood pressure etc

4.Add "Don't take by mouth, don't put in or close to the eyes"
